No. Menlore is billed to the trainer, never the client. Your clients download and use the app completely free. They pay you directly for your coaching, outside the app, and you keep 100% of it.
Your first client is free forever. When you add your 2nd client you move to a paid plan (founders get 3 months free, then 50% off for life). Your first invoice then has 14 days to pay. No separate free trial, your first client already is one.

Billing is by bank transfer today, in your local currency. Our team reaches out once you move to a paid plan so there is nothing to set up in advance, and your first invoice has 14 days to pay. Online card billing via Stripe is in progress and will be available right here on the website soon.
Yes. Your tier is set by how many active clients you have, so it adjusts as your roster changes. You can move up as you sign more clients and back down if your numbers drop. There are no per-client fees and no penalty for changing.
You simply move to the next tier for that month. For example, going from 8 to 9 active clients moves you from Starter to Pro. The fee is always the flat price for the band you land in, with no surprise per-client charges on top.
