Menlore is a tool, not a service - we do not provide personal training, coaching, medical advice, or nutritional advice. Any guidance you see in the app comes from the trainer who invited you (or from a default program template).

Trainer–client relationship
If you are a trainer, you alone are responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of the programs and advice you give your clients via Menlore. We are not a party to your relationship with your client.
If you are a client, you understand that the workouts and guidance you see in Menlore come from your trainer (and/or default templates), and that following them is your own choice.
Health, fitness, and medical disclaimer
Menlore is not a medical service. The workouts, body measurements, nutrition guidance, and other health-related features are for informational and tracking purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or any symptom that concerns you. You use the app and follow programs at your own risk.
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or other harm that arises from your use of Menlore or any content within it.
