No. Clients belong to the trainer relationship, not to the organization. While a trainer is on your team, your organization covers their plan; if they leave, their client relationships go with them, the same way it would work anywhere else.
One invoice, per active trainer seat. Managers do not count as a seat, and clients never pay Menlore. Your billing view in the console shows exactly what you owe and why.
Yes. Reassign a client to a different trainer directly in the console, in two clicks. Useful when a trainer is at capacity, a client asks for a change, or you are covering for someone on leave.
