Delete your Menlore account.
Menlore is published by Menlore. You can delete your account and personal data yourself, at any time, from inside the app. This page explains exactly how, and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
In the Menlore app, on Android, iPhone, iPad, or the web:
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the personal data below.
- Your profile: name, email address, and account settings
- Health and fitness data: workouts, body measurements, nutrition and water logs, and any connected wearable data
- Progress photos and any images, videos, or voice notes you sent in chat
- Your chat messages
- Trainers: your programs, meal plans, client links, sessions, and price list
- Any data cached on your own device by the app
What is kept, and for how long
One exception: if you were billed by Menlore, we keep the invoice records themselves for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Those records contain the amount, date, and business name only. They are not part of your training data and are never used for anything else.
If you are a client, deleting your account also ends your trainer's access to your training data. Your trainer keeps their own business records, such as the invoices they issued to you.
Deleting some of your data, without closing your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Inside the app you can delete any individual item at any time, and it is removed from our systems, not just hidden:
- A logged workout or sport session, from Progress, then Sessions
- A meal or water entry, from the Nutrition tab
- A progress photo, from Progress, then Photos
- Trainers: programs, meal plans, session notes, and invoices
Clients can also turn nutrition tracking off entirely in Settings, which stops that data being collected. For anything else, email menlore.app@gmail.com and tell us what you want removed. We action it and reply within 30 days.
